  • All orders are final once placed. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Trip&Tee reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Products are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind about size, color, or design.

  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement or refund. Customers must contact hello@tripandtee.com within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Delivery estimates: 2-5 business days for the US only.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • At this time, as we do not meet US sales tax nexus thresholds, we are not required to collect sales tax from US customers.

  • Trip&Tee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
